Health Plan Information

The St. Francis Health Network is a physician hospital community organization that is a regional partnership of affiliated primary care and specialty physicians working in conjunction with St. Francis Hospital & Health Centers. The Network is generally used by health plan members of preferred provider organizations (PPOs).

Our goal is to offer you and your dependents state-of-the-art care close to home with less out-of-pocket costs. This partnership of providers exists to promote and enhance the access, quality, cost-effectiveness and efficient delivery of health care services in the communities served by SFHN.
