The St. Francis Pain Clinic is a multi-disciplinary treatment center for pain management that embodies the hospital’s vision of treating mind, body and spirit.
Services:
- Non-surgical back pain diagnosis and treatment such as:
- epidural steroid injections
- facet joint injections
- intercostal nerve blocks
- cervical and lumbar nerve root blocks
- peripheral nerve injections
- radiofrequency ablation (rhizotomy)
- Physical medicine and rehabilitation, including:
- physical therapy
- exercise
- lifestyle changes
- Medication management
- Healing Touch
- Complementary, integrative energy therapy that is used in conjunction with traditional therapies
- Goal of Healing Touch is to restore harmony and balance in the human energy system by creating an environment for the body's innate tendency for healing to occur
